Developed in 2000-2002 by Beazer Homes and John Laing Homes, Rose Hill is a community of 126 single-family, detached homes located near the heart of downtown Rockville.
The next Board of Directors Meeting for the Rose Hill Homeowner Association will be held on April 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to all homeowners to attend.
The remaining meetings will be held on April 1 (Annual Meeting), July 1, and October 7 (Budget Meeting).
